Shay purchased her first home in Austin in 2001 and has been actively involved in the real estate market as an owner, investor, landlord, broker, and now owner of Austin Avenue Real Estate Company. Shay is a native Texan and graduated from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene in 1999. She immediately moved to Austin after college. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2001 and a real estate broker in 2004. She has both the (ABR) Accredited Buyers Representative and the (CLHMS) Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designations. Jeff has received his training by working on a few of Austin's top real estate teams. He has spent the past few years helping others build up their business and is now working to build his own.
